i5-4210U vs AMD A6-6310

I am deciding between two laptops. Their specifications are pratically the same (SSHD, 13 inch display, etc.), except for the CPUs and their integrated graphics. I will be using it for mostly home use, office, browsing,...
The one with i5-4210U (integrated graphics 4400) is 50 euros more expensive than the one with AMS A6-6310 (AMD Radeon R4; this one has touchscreen feature as well).

Are those CPUs really that different, to pay 50 euros more (difference between integrated graphics? ) ?

Both CPUs have Intel HD graphics 4400, according to Intel ARK. Touchscreen seems nice though.

Both are dual core processors with hyperthreading. The biggest difference between the CPU's is that the i5 will turbo from 1.7 to 2.7 Ghz., whereas the i3 is fixed at 1.9 Ghz.
