i5 5200u can I add gpu

Dell Inspiron with i5 5200u with intel graphics...no gpu. I know the answer is usually NO, but can I add a graphics card?

Nope. Depending on the model you might be able to replace the motherboard for one with a dedicated gpu, but without the model of the laptop I can't tell you if that's an option or not.
