i5-7300HQ + gtx a050 2go vs i7 6700hq + gtx 960m 4go.

All the rest is the same.

The laptop gonna be used to run heavy 3d softwares ( photshop , archicad , cinema 4d , artlantis..)

Considering your work-schedule, I'd say go for the Skylake i7 with the 4GB 960M card. The 2GB 1050 card is designed for gaming.
