I want to play witcher 3 at 1080p with medium settings. How much fps should I expect?

On geekbench my CPU got single core score of 4200 and multi core score of 12000. Is this CPU good enough to handle heavy tasking and gaming.

4 real cores; it will handle most stuff you'd do with a laptop just fine.
