The Sager NP7378 is a slightly better choice over the Lenovo, because of its better processor.
Also in the options, choose the (2X4gb) option for RAM instead of the standard (1X8gb) as the twin ram option will ensure they operate in dual channel and give you a much better performance both in games and normal usage.

Hmm..
The SLI laptop is from my friend. If i were to buy a brand new laptop what would you suggest that is equivalent or better than the 650m sli?

The 860m is the graphics card that gives just about equivalent performance to the 650m sli. So anything above that (870m onwards) should give you a significant performance advantage (assuming that laptop has a standard voltage core i7). However, most of them are much more expensive than the Lenovo.

I have found 2 laptops of my budget which do you think is better?
