i7 4500U with NVIDIA GT 820M or i5 4200U with n15s-gt for gaming?

Hi guys, i am looking for laptop a which is to be used for Gaming (whatever maximum i can play) and Movies watching only! In my budget(40-45K INR) between two decent pieces i m confused is-

i know probably ASUS one is better for gaming but how much difference will it make??
(i mean is it worthy to throw around 5000 INR ~82$)

i5 4200U with n15s-gt is more balanced (cpu to gpu performance ratio). Not sure which one for gaming.

I would definitely go with the Asus.
Reason being that it has a more powerful CPU which will last the length of time over the i5 on the Lenovo, it also has more RAM a better GPU
