here is my question
i see only 1 1080ti as my display adapter...

where is intel iGPU?

By default most boards disable it when a dedicated card is installed. If you want it enabled you'll need to enable it in the bios.

which one is better?
use it like this or the other way? whats the benefit of that?

The only benefit to enabling the Intel gpu is you can run more monitors.
