iam using dell inspiration15 5000 series laptop , some keys not working some times

i was just wondering if there was a virus or something in it because i know for a fact that nothing got spilt so if anyone has any suggestions of what you can try just from your computer it would be very helpful <3

Are the same keys not working or is it random? If same keys, then you should at least try to reseat the cables to the motherboard or try a new keyboard.
