Iam using infinix note 4, if i don't use any app for 4 or 5 days. I don't get any notifications regarding that unused app. For Example if i don't open truecaller app for straight 3 or 4 days, it will not show caller id for unknown calls. But if i open the app after this. Caller id will be shown for unknown callers.
Please guys help me...

Sounds like it is pretty normal to me. An app isn't meant to stay open and unused for long periods. It would use up the phones resources.
