i ve downlod a file and its an .idx format how do i open it? if anw knows pls help

that can belong to number of things, what is it suppose to be?

well its supposed to be a lisence for PFConfig. i haves some problems with my router and ports

if its a lisence then you are not suppose to open it, it would go into pcconfig's folder.

that file is not something you can open and look at the way you have in mind 😉
