Solved! If i block my sim card.. Then others will find whom registration?

Not sure what you mean by "others"? If you block your SIM then that SIM won't be able to be used on the carrier until it's unblocked. You will still be able to see the numbers on it. It will be on the settings in the phone, and it is also printed on the SIM card itself.
