if i change the battery on an Acer Aspire 5750 will it wipe the memory

My laptop says 'consider changing the battery'. I've ordered a new battery but when I change it over will it wipe everything?

Very unlikely
Just do a wake up then windows shutdown
Before changing battery
Sleep mode or suspend relies on battery to keep ram working

Changing battery will not affect any part of your laptop. Make sure to turn your laptop down before changing battery to prevent any malfunction and for safety
