If you buy something on google play can they take money out at any time

I dont really have any money but if i were to buy on play store i heard that they can taje money out at any time so is that true

Google play only takes money if you purchase an app. Not 'any time'.

However, if you buy an app that is from a bad group (app creator) then it is possible that app, after you install it can scam you for funds.

I have never ever heard of google play itself doing that.
