Samsung needs to do a better job of incentiving people to bring it back. Free wireless charging station? A gear 2? Large discount on accessories?. It's a small price to pay to reduce bad publicity over a phone that technically is at a near six sigma quality level (5.56 sigma) and 100% yield.

I think a Samsung 4 comparison is somewhat not apples to apples. Process's change. That is an older phone and who knows if OEM batteries etc. were in use
