I'm getting edit boot options screen when I turn my laptop on. it is gateway new95

Can u tell me how to factory reset with this screen coming up. I've done before, but not with this screen coming up I thought it was f9 but it not working

BIOS there you wanna go(when you start computer hitting delete button on your right hand.) and choose boot preferences and choose your HHD priority boot first. safe and exit.
