I have a broken laptop only the screen is broken everything else works fine so I decided to connect it to external monitor and it was working good for about a week and one day it wouldn't connect I've tried everything including turning it off and using "fn+f4"didn't work and every once and while it will connect but only for a little please help

Yes everything was working perfect until its stopped
