Question im looking for a free video resolution changer

i need it to output uncompressed video at 256x192 at 24bpp with no audio track. also its an avi file and cant be changed to another format

tried that. it outputs 12 bpp i think, which u cant change

Did the recommendations you received on the other forum bear any fruit? Can you share why you must have that particular resolution and color depth?
