im using windows 8.1 file explorer is coming on task bar but its not opening on screen plz help me anyone plz

Right click the Taskbar then select Task Manager. Click on Details to expand the pages then click on Processes. From the File menu choose New Task and type explorer. exe into the box and hit Enter.

Does that open it? If so, restart the computer and see what happens on the restart.
