I have a Dell inspiron laptop with Windows 10. In addition to his problems, my laptop is sometimes showing as No Operating system Found. And it is not working at all.. It is

Need full system specs, did you try anything already? Need to at least re-seat the drive, make sure your drive mode did not change from what it should be (likely AHCI), maybe try a new hard drive with a clean Windows setup.
