I think there's been a dozen threads in the last 2 months that just have "hello," in the opening post from a brand new account, I'm seriously wondering if it's the same guy coming back to troll everyone.

I think what's happening is that people mistakenly think that the forum runs in real time -- that there are people waiting to answer their queries immediately. Whereas anyone looking more closely would soon realise that this is far from the case, usually.
