What do you mean by engage? Activate it? If so, you'd have to get in touch with the carrier that you got the sim card from.

Yes I have got inactive sim card. I didn't open my phone for about 8 months until today. Noe I wanted to use it again but the problem is my lebara sim card says inactive sim. What should I do?
