Go into the laptop BIOS setup, there will be a section for video options, there may be several memory amounts you can dedicate to the video card. It won't really help with performance though.

And don't forget, all you're really doing is "robbing Peter to pay Paul". The more RAM you assign to graphics, the less there'll be for Windows & applications - - so overall performance will be affected. The factory will have set it up for the best balance - - that's how it should be left.
