Information on seiki model se40fy27 tv

I have a 40 inch seiki tv it has sound but no picture, I replaced the power board but still the same, it has backlights but they fade out a few seconds after powering up. Does anyone know anything about this model tv se40fy27

Maybe a screen issue or a system board issue. For such a low end set you may be better off just replacing it.
