I cannot get past the "Insert Current Password" box at start-up

Do you think I would post this question if I had the password?? I can't because I do not know the password!!! I've tried flashing the BIOS solder terminals(underneath the memory on a Toshiba Satellite L350-15U laptop) a multitude of so called backdoor passwords, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be very much appreciated.

and why don't you know the password? Read the TOS, you won't get any password help here.

there is no need to be sarcastic! The reason That I do not know the password is it's my sisters machine and she had been playing at being a computer expert and she soon discovered she's not.
If I need any help in future I will go somewhere else.

Your best option would probably be to call customer service of the people who make/sold you the laptop

If it is your sister's laptop, then you need to ask her for the laptop.

If she forgot the laptop and she is the original owner, then she needs to contact Toshiba's customer support for help.
