Insignia DVD player model IS-dvd040924

I have an Insignia DVD player model IS-dvd040924 and I cannot get it to work on Samsung J5200. I'm using 5 prong wire. Any help is appreciated.

Need more details, what is this 5 prong wire, is it the composite connection with 3 video and two audio connectors? Most common issue there is hooking up the wrong cables to the wrong inputs since they all fit into any of them. Double check all the connections match from the DVD to the TV.
