Question Insignia TV screen is not displaying proper image, could anyone help?

slightly difficult to explain, I do have a picture of the issue. Basically a duel screen, part of the top image is at the bottom of the screen, and the middle is smushed together

Has the TV been dropped or struck by an object? Any recent power outages while it was on? Does this happen on all input ports/types?
