Inspiron 11 3168 bootloop on Dell logo

I tried just about everything that I found on the internet I tried just about everything that I found on the internet I've went to the BIOS change some things reset it changed some different things reset it again but still nothing I've tried UEFI and Legacy boot options and those don't work either PC doesn't have a hard drive either I've also tried power cycling but that also has not worked

I suspect your drive is bad. Is it recognized in the BIOS? If it is, could be the boot sector is messed up--but if it is, that should display a message stating that.
