Inspiron 17 5000 vs Tosh Satellite Pro C70-B

Trying to decide on a 17" laptop with Budget £500.
I've filled in the answers template and posted below.
So far I've narrowed down 2 possibles, but I'm open to new suggestions !
Of the 2 mentioned... the graphics card comparison confuses me completely.
Other than that, maybe the HDD speed. 7200 sounds physically faster than 5400, but does it necessarily mean that the PC effectively runs faster !?

One Q I can't get from the specs is the screen quality. With Dells being pretty much online only, is also hard to go to a store and try them - so any experience of users would be greatly appreciated.

If you will absolutely not play games, then I recommend the £500 Dell Inspiron 17 5000, due to its newer, faster i5-5200U CPU.

I would go with the toshiba as the gpu is stronger than the dell's.
