It seems the screen is glued no screws holding it in place. This appears, makes it impossible to replace the screen.

You first have to remove the plastic bezel, often held by 1 screw near each corner, but in your case may just be clips all around. Then you should find at least 1 screw near the corners holding the LCD in place.
