inspiron 6000 BIOS & cpu

My inspiron has a 2.0 Pentium M, can it be upgraded to a faster prossesor and can the bios be replaced with one that would support more then 2 gig of memory?

Yeah probably right, seem to remember this model had a 2.6g optional, was hoping to upgrade instead off overclock. Still a good nb, don't want to spend big bucks on a new

Thanks for response, I did find another thread on the subject and found out I can go up to a 2.26g in the inspiron 6000.
