Inspiron mini blank screen when on

dell inspiron mini screen goes blank after windows laods, cannot move mouse..how can i fix it?

Try starting in Safe Mode (press F8 as Windows starts) If it works, look at video settings -- you may have selected one outside the range of the screen so start with lower res.
