Install apps on Android

I install Android 7 on VirtualBox (PC) but when want to install my app (beurer HealthManager) in Android show "cannot open" message. I think the app is designed only for phones and not android tablets. There is a way to install on the tablets?

Tablet or Phone shouldn't matter as long as it is the right OS. Did you install 7 as an update or did you root the device? If the latter, then that may be your problem. Also, that app doesn't require a higher OS, it should work in as low as 4.0.3
