Installed new hard drive computer is factory new do i have an operating

Sony Vaio laptop #vpceh3mfx I installed a new hard drive (now in Factory new) I don't have any recover discs What do I need? ......recover discs, operating system Could someone please tell me what I need to do.

Put the old hdd back in, boot up and create your recovery disk set,
Contact Sony and purchase a recovery disk set,
or Purchase the operating system of your choice, just make sure it has the necessary drivers for all the laptops features first.
