Installing directly from Google Play to external memory

Is there an Android app that installs directly from Google Play to my rooted external SD card?

Not that I am aware of but if you have the cleanmaster app (free on play store) it will give you a prompt and a button to press to move the app to the SD card straight after you download it.

The problem is I only have about fifty mb on internal memory with about 13 gb's externally. To top off my frustrations, I get an "error" message whenever I try to install anything. After I had my phone rooted, I had a partition of 1.5gb internal memory until the phones crash and I had to reset. After resetting, that partition was gone. My son installed an app that installed everything directly to the external memory but he seems to have no recognition of such an app let alone ever installing it.
