Installing Moviebox on iOS 8.3

I own iPhone 4S and want to know is that possible to install moviebox on iOS 8.3 and that too without jailbreak because there is no jailbreak tool available. I followed few sites

but found them only compatible with jailbreak I guess. So what should I do now?
