Installing Office 2013 Bootstrapper error..

Hi, when I install office 2013 I get a error bootstrapper has stopped working.. How can I fix this issue? I have tried everything based on my research.. Any suggestions??

Moverover, run the fix it from the below article and remove Office completely from the computer:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Once the Office suite is removed, restart the computer and then try to reinstall the Office 2013 program.
