Intel Keyboard malfunction

How come my keyboard on my Intel Acer doesn't work

You're mixing the things - Intel does not make keyboards, and Intel does not make Acer brand of (I suppose) laptops.

So - it seems you have Acer laptop with non-functioning keyboard, correct? Have you tried with external USB keyboard? Does your laptop boots into Windows?
