intel or amd, please help

Hi, I'm buying a new laptop and I found 2 that seem ok and not to so expensive. My main issue is I don't know if I should choose amd or intel! The one with amd is a lot cheaper, but I'm wondering if it's worth it to pay the extra $$ for intel. I'll mainly use the laptop for basic internet, video streaming and torrent downloads (lot of it). No gaming and I don't care about the touchscreen feature or the HD size difference. I guess my main concern is for speed and torrent downloads. Any thoughts? The links for both laptops are below! The INtel is stronger, has more DRAM and also has some dedicated Video DRAM, the AMD is a simple 4GB laptop and it shares that with the iGPU so you will have little DRAM to do anything with after the iGPU takes it's share and the OS takes it

Do you want to use it for more than a few months? Once you start using it it will just get slower and slower, then you'll be spending money on a DRAM upgrade, which will prolong it for a little longer
