Intel stock cooler push-pin issue ?

Hello, one of my push pins in my intel 1155 stock cooler wont install properly.. I tried to unlock it and install that push pin several times , but it wont stay tight as other 3 pushpins ... what can I do about it ?? really appreciate any help ..

install in the cross pattern and start with leg that's troubling you. refer the manual again.
so once you've reset it, push it down, then push the pin diagonally opposite to it and then do the same for remaining two

ok thanks it worked this time .. reseted all the 4 pins and started with the troubling pin . now all the 4 pins are tight ...
