Intel T4400 or AMD M300?

I am trying to decide between two laptops. I'm sure that you get these questions all the time, but what I really need the help with is comparing the Processors and Graphics in the 2 machines I'm looking at getting. I want the laptop for homework, internet, music, and playing games (Guild Wars). From what I understand the T4400 is faster but the graphics on the AMD machine is better. I'm just trying to compare the two of these with the criteria I mentioned to figure out which one would be better for what I am doing. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes T4400 is faster than M300.
And HD 4200M is faster than Intel 4500M HD but both are low-end cards for gaming

yeah they are low end computers, but those are the best computers I have found for what I can afford. thank you though for the response.
