Solved! Intel video drivers broken

Since the Windows 10 October update. My Toshiba satellite C-55A has broken Intel video drivers. Will Microsoft ever fix this issue? I've tried every Intel driver on the Toshiba and Intel websites. Can I use Microsoft?

its not a microsoft problem. it's intel not making updated drivers for the new windows build
