My hard drive has failed and laptop won't go off safety mode page and Curry's said it's not on there repair list now is it possible to use an external hard drive to make laptop usable again

Just a question my laptop's hard drive isnt working and Curry's says it's not on there repair list so it's stopping the laptop booting up is it possible to use an external hard drive to get it up and running again

No.
You (or someone) are going to have to replace the internal drive, and reinstall the OS and everything else.
Or, discover what is wrong with the existing drive.
