Internet is so slow on my hp envy notebook 15 laptop but it works fine on the other devices

My laptop is very slow even thought I have a good internet connection and the internet works fine on other devices
I can't download any app or game from the store without taking hours or anything with internet without taking hours
I have HP ENVY Notebook 15-as032tu
I have windows 10
What should I do to make it fast

Make sure that you downloaded the correct and accurate drivers for you HP Laptop from the HP website. The problem could be your internet card.

In that case, you have to order a new Wireless Internet card for your computer and Install it in place of your last one. It isn't hard to do but if you are not comfortable with messing with hardware, it is best to bring the computer to a specialist.
