Internet keeps dropping on laptop

Hi!
I'm having trouble with my wireless internet, it keeps dropping on my laptop but I can use it fine on other devices. I can't access the router so I can't restart it! I've tried updating my laptop, troubleshoot the internet connection, seen if everything is up to date. I've cleaned the browser to see if that worked too but it didn't...
Is there anything else I can do?

You might want to try testing your internet connection, not through most sites as they can give false readings. Try ... https/testmy.net/ and see if it works well, speed is low, if it freezes during the test, etc. If there are problems, then it my be the internet and not your device.

If that doesn't show you any issues, and if you can't access the router, then I am also assuming you can't connect via Ethernet? If that is the case, the only other thing I can suggest is to try an external WiFi that connects to laptop via USB. If you know someone who has one, see if you can borrow it to test with. If not you would have to find another way to get one.
