Internet not working after a day or so

Hi, so I just got a new internet a few days ago. It was working fine but then it suddenly stopped working. So i've been messing with it and restarted the settings to the point when i got the modem from my ISP and started from the beginning again. It was working again and i was happy but only for a day and it's where it was again... Please note that i'm no expert in these things and my english is not very good as well. If you have any questions i will hladly answer them if i could.

What ISP, and what type of connection (Fibre, DSL, Cable etc)?

What's the last thing you remember doing before it stopped working?

What EXACT error do you get when you try to use the internet? (screenshots are good)
