Internet Speed Connection

I'm using the app pdanet+ for android and the PC client obviously on my PC, when I speed test my connection it says I have 20.30mb download and 2.83mb upload in my PC. I made a bridge with an ethernet to my PS4 and when I speed test my PS4 it says I have 145kb download and 134kb upload. Is there a way to fix this? Can I get my PS4 to run the shared internet at full speed?

OK does any of this involve your phone? Or are you just referring to the problem with speed on your PS4? If it is just the PS4, you have posted in the wrong forum.

pdanet+ for android is what I'm using for my internet, I posted here cuz I thought someone would know about the app and help me if can fix this.

I see. I am not familiar with it at all, however since it involves other devices, you may want to try the general topic forum, or ones leaning towards those devices.
