Intex 5.1 home theatre only 2 speakers working other are not working

I have Intex IT-6020 home theatre 5.1 sound system but only 2 of its speaker is working how to solve this

Either u failed to initial configure it properly, where u told it that indeed you are 6 speakers hooked up, or you are playing an stereo source, in stereo mode.
