Intex iconic i845 motherboard

I have intex iconic i845 motherboard but dont have vga drivers for windows 7. Juat have windows xp drivers but thats not working. Please sir help no acceleration,no d3d,no visual memory sir please

Even google doesn't come up with a motherbd by that name. Please check for a make and model# written onto the motherbd itself.

Its intel p4 2.9 ghz processor but board is Chinese I.e. intex iconic

i845 chipset was released in 2004. Windows 7 - in 2009. If the OEM (Intex) did not bother to release Windows 7 drivers (and there are none on Intel site, either), you are out of luck.
