iOS help please

So I just got a iPod touch 5g and it comes with ios 7.0.4 and there is an update for ios and it is 7.1.

But the thing is that I want to jailbreak it with evasi0n and it can go up to ios 7.0.6 for jailbreaking

Is there any possible way that it can update to ios 7.0.6 and not 7.1 I'd you can send me a link or just tell me that would be great.
