Question iPad issues

I am repairing an iPad that a customer bought to my store everything is in place to work put it wont turn on like before... any ideas would help ( IPad A2770)

Seems you are using TG as a tech support site for a business. You make any progress on the previous Dell and Chromebook?

the Chromebook has a dead motherboard and with the Dell I'm still working on it

Does the iPad indicate having power?

yes but the screen is black.

order a new screen to, still not turning on but I can feel heat
